3PS launches marketing and digital media services, announces new partnership with Hager Consulting, expands staff.
Charleston, W.Va.: Three Point Strategies, LLC (3PS), today, launched a new line to its service offerings. In addition to its government relations and association management lines of service, 3PS now offers marketing and digital media services. The new line of service now makes 3PS a full-service, one-stop shop for all a client’s external affairs and marketing needs. The new service offering was developed through a partnership with Jason Hager and Hager Consulting.
Hager will join 3PS as a partner and president of marketing and digital services. Hager has been in business development, marketing and digital design for over 20 years and has been a professional trainer/speaker for over 10 years. He owned a successful design and marketing/PR firm for 11 years which was acquired by a larger agency in 2011. Hager has continued to provide marketing strategy, digital media and design consulting services to a handful of select clients.
“Joining forces with 3PS is a no brainer. Ben Beakes and his team have a reputation of providing innovative and exceptional service to their clients,” Hager said. “I’ll bring with me my passion for creative services and, together, we will become a full-service one-stop-shop for our future clients’ needs.”
The marketing and digital services will include marketing plan design and implementation, a full line of digital and design services, video production, logo design, web development, marketing and communications assessments, communication strategies, social media management and much more. Clients can choose between specific project-based services or retainer/management agreements.
“What started with one client, one person and one service has now grown to over 20 clients, multiple people, and three lines of service offerings,” said Ben Beakes, managing member and founder of 3PS. “I’m thrilled Jason has agreed to join our team. Our new talent and offerings will help grow our client base and strengthen our services to our current clients.”
Expanded Staff
In addition to adding Jason Hager as president of marketing and digital media 3PS has expanded in other areas as well. Rebecca Guilliams will be promoted to operations manager where she will focus on managing the operations of our association clients and serve as project manager for our other clients. Further, Jarred Cannon will join 3PS as a government affairs associate beginning January 1, 2020.
Cannon is a life-long West Virginian, born and raised in Huntington. He is the former cam
paign manager for the Evan Jenkins for Supreme Court and Evan Jenkins for Congress campaigns. Most recently, Jarred served as a Herndon Fellow in the West Virginia Legislature for the State Senate’s Health and Human Resources Committee where he helped craft meaningful legislation impacting the health of West Virginians around the state, extensively researched bills to present to the committee’s chairman and staff, and worked with legal counsel to ensure all legislation was in compliance with state and federal law.
“Jarred is an excellent addition to our team,” Beakes said. “He knows the legislative process and will be able to assist our government affairs clients with their needs at the capitol. We pride ourselves on providing timely and effective services to our clients. Jarred will be a big part of ensuring that we meet or exceed those standards.”

3PS also launched a revamped website so future clients can learn more about its full service offerings. Please visit www.3pswv.com.
